Returns Policy

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused.
• In its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact support@maincatchoutletshop.com before sending the product. The return address varies by supplier and will be provided with the return instructions; do not send a return to the registered business address or any other address until you receive those instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item received is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is covered and a return label will be provided.

The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 days after receiving the returned product.
